Cancellation Policy
Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds
• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total.
• Deposits are retained for all client-initiated cancellations or missed appointments.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price.
• No-call/No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
• In the event that the salon must cancel for reasons unrelated to client fault, deposits will be promptly refunded or the appointment rescheduled at the client’s preference.
• All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
